You are a dedicated and detail-oriented OT Technician who will be an integral part of our surgical team at our small yet well-equipped hospital. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing the operating room, managing surgical instruments, supporting surgeons and nurses during procedures, and ensuring a sterile environment. Your key responsibilities will involve preparing and sterilizing OT instruments and equipment before and after surgery, assisting surgeons and nurses during procedures, and ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available and functional. You will also be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from the OT, maintaining OT hygiene, following infection control protocols, handling and disposing of bio-medical waste as per standards, maintaining proper documentation of surgical items and sterilization records, and assisting in maintaining inventory of surgical supplies. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule that may include day shifts, evening shifts, morning shifts, night shifts, and rotational shifts. The work location is in person at our hospital.,
