STEP offers various products, including STEP Plus, STEPathon, and the STEP English Olympiad, to help users enhance their English proficiency. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Vellore for an English Language & Soft Skills Trainer at STEP from The Hindu Group. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, designing tailored curricula, and evaluating the progress of learners. Additional tasks include providing feedback to students, maintaining records, and participating in team meetings and development activities. Qualifications Proven proficiency in English language skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) Experience in soft skills training and personal development Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with a diverse group of learners Familiarity with the latest educational technologies and e-learning platforms Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, Communication, or related field Previous experience in teaching or training is preferred Show more Show less
