STEM TRAINEES

As a STEM Trainee at Kalvishala Institute of Education and Skill Development LLP in Chennai, you will play a vital role in the organization's mission to promote holistic and scientific development through education and skill enhancement. Your responsibilities will include engaging in day-to-day tasks related to fundamental learning of STEM subjects, AI, IoT, and Robotics, as well as participating in training programs, workshops, and skill development activities. During the initial phase of your employment, you will undergo a comprehensive Train the Trainer Internship module lasting between 3 to 6 months. Throughout this period, you will receive a stipend for your contributions. Successful completion of the internship may lead to a full-time position, contingent upon a performance evaluation. In your capacity as an intern, you will be accountable for executing assigned tasks and providing regular reports to the HR department. Your primary duties will involve training and mentoring students from client schools in STEM LAB activities, Robotics, AI, and IoT. Additionally, you will be actively involved in the company's research and development projects. We anticipate interns to exhibit traits of discipline, motivation, and proactive engagement in both R&D initiatives and training sessions. Ideal candidates for this role should hold a B.E. degree in Mech/Mechatronics/EEE/ECE/E&I or a B.Sc. degree in Physics/Computer Science. Proficiency in STEM subjects, strong problem-solving abilities, and collaborative teamwork skills are essential for this position. Furthermore, excellent communication and presentation skills, a keen interest in research and innovation, a passion for continuous learning, and prior experience in STEM-related projects will be advantageous.
