Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and disciplined Drone & Robotics Instructors to deliver engaging, safe, and structured classes in partner schools. This role involves teaching, student engagement, safety management, reporting, and coordination with schools and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Drone & Robotics classes as per curriculum
• Ensure every session is fun and include Theory, Practical, and Application
• Maintain classroom discipline and student safety at all times
• Prepare and follow yearly, monthly, and weekly teaching schedules
• Teach up to 6 days per week across assigned school locations
• Maintain class reports, attendance, and student progress records
• Capture and share class photos/videos with schools and company
• Handle kits, tools, and equipment responsibly
• Communicate professionally with school coordinators and management

Safety & Professionalism:

• Student safety is the highest priority
• Follow all drone, battery, and equipment safety protocols
• Maintain proper grooming, etiquette, and confidentiality

Requirements:

• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Willingness to travel between school locations
• Discipline, punctuality, and accurate reporting are mandatory
• Prior teaching, STEM, robotics, or drone experience is an advantage

Additional Details:

• Contract period: 3 years
• Preference for candidates residing near KPHB

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: ₹11,898.03 - ₹25,000.00 per month
