We’re building a cutting-edge AI-powered recruiting platform and need an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to help us lead the way. 👨‍💻 What You’ll Do: Develop our custom CRM (C#/.NET backend + Angular frontend) Build AI infrastructure using MCP to integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) Implement intelligent CV parsing and communication automation Drive architectural decisions and backend optimization Integrate multi-channel communication: SMS, WhatsApp, RCS etc ✅ What We’re Looking For: 5+ years full-stack experience Expert in C#/.NET, Angular, SQL/NoSQL Solid experience with APIs, MCP, and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI) Strong grasp of clean code, scalable architecture Excellent business understanding & problem-solving skills Fluent in English 💡 Bonus: Python skills, HR tech/CRM experience 🌟 Why Join Us?
