Role Description We are looking for an analytical and highly organized Chief of Staff to work closely with a Partner at Stellaris Venture Partners, who invests in SaaS, AI, developer tools, and deep tech. This high-impact role is ideal for someone seeking hands-on venture capital experience before pursuing an MBA, joining a startup, or taking on a leadership role within one of our portfolio companies. Key Responsibilities 1. Program Management Drive and manage key initiatives led by the Partner across portfolio support, investment thesis development, network building, and internal firm projects Track and follow through on action items, ensuring timely execution of the Partners' priorities Collaborate with multiple stakeholders - including portfolio founders, internal team members, and LPs -to ensure smooth coordination and successful completion of projects 2. Research Conduct research on emerging market trends, new investment themes, market mapping, and competitive analysis relevant to both portfolio companies and potential investments Prepare reports and presentations to share findings of the research with internal teams and portfolio companies 3. Portfolio Interventions Work with the Partner to identify areas where they can add the most value to each portfolio company Drive these initiatives to completion by coordinating with the Partner, internal teams at Stellaris, and external networks 4. Content Write articles, create presentations, and other content formats to put the Partner’s investment theses in the public domain. 5. Networking Help the partner widen and deepen their network in the industry and India’s broader startup and tech ecosystem Qualifications Experience 2-4 years of business experience, preferably in Product, Software Development, consulting, program management, or another analytical field. Experience in either a Deep Tech, AI, SaaS, or Dev tools space would be ideal Experience of working with and managing multiple stakeholders is a must. Education Bachelor’s degree in any analytical field – engineering, science, or business. MBA optional. Skills Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Develop customized proposals and presentations for corporate clients to meet their bulk ordering needs. Promote the company’s products addressing or predicting clients’ objectives Developing relationships with potential customer. BSc/BA in business administration, MBA, sales or relevant field Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build long-term relationships with corporate clients. Solid understanding of sales strategies, market research, and lead generation. Ability to manage large-scale orders and coordinate with various departments to fulfil client needs. Sound understanding of marketing and sales fundamentals and tactics Creative thinking and problem-solving ability Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills Strategic thinker with a result-driven approach.
