You will be working as an Account Manager (Voice & SMS) at Stellar Mobile Services Limited in a full-time remote role. Your primary responsibility will be managing client accounts, handling client communications, and ensuring client satisfaction. This includes monitoring voice and SMS services, analyzing performance metrics, resolving issues, and developing strategies to enhance client success. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate solutions and ensure timely service delivery.
