Role Overview: Our preference is to hire someone from the Financial Services industry especially Financial Advice or Wealth Management space. Somebody who has clearly demonstrated success in Talent Acquisition, Training and Development in this industry. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team at Stellar Fortune. This individual will play a key role in driving our recruitment efforts, supporting the growth of the company through strategic talent acquisition, and facilitating employee training and development (Learning & Development). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, recruitment, employee development, and documentation, particularly in creating training manuals and SOPs. The candidate should have demonstrated experience in handling these responsibilities in previous roles. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to interview and final offer. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements. Build a talent pipeline through effective sourcing strategies, including leveraging job boards, social media, and networking. Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires to set them up for success. Learning & Development: Assess training and development needs across the organization. Help design and implement employee development programs to enhance skill sets and improve performance. Partner with leadership to identify future leadership talent and build succession planning programs. Coordinate and manage in-house and external training initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives. Be actively present during training sessions for new hires to ensure proper documentation is created, including training manuals and SOPs, which can be updated for future hires. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a positive work culture. Support the development and communication of company policies and procedures. Promote a positive working environment and employee engagement initiatives. HR Administration: Assist with the management of HR-related data and documentation. Support HR leadership in strategic planning and implementation of HR initiatives. Monitor HR metrics to identify trends, areas of improvement, and actionable insights. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and best practices. Keep up to date with HR trends and legal changes, making recommendations for improvements where needed. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). At least 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role, with a focus on recruitment, employee development, and SOP/manual creation. Demonstrated experience in designing training materials, including SOPs, training manuals, and process documentation. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Proven track record of managing the recruitment lifecycle and designing effective training programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
