1. Branch Operations & Management Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth workflow. Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales and performance targets. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and immigration regulations. Monitor branch expenses, budgets, and profitability. 2. Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and manage branch staff (counsellors, admission officers, marketing executives). Motivate and guide the team to deliver high-quality student counselling and immigration services. Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback. Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and customer focus. 3. Client Handling & Service Delivery Supervise student counselling for overseas education and immigration programs. Guide clients on admission requirements, visa processes, documentation, and timelines. Ensure excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction and referrals. Resolve escalated client issues effectively and promptly. 4. Business Development & Marketing Drive student enrollments for study abroad and immigration programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and partner institutions. Organize and oversee seminars, workshops, and promotional activities. Identify new markets, business opportunities, and growth areas. 5. Reporting & Coordination Report branch performance, targets, and updates to Head Office / Management. Coordinate with other branches and departments for process improvements. Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student requirements. 6. Compliance & Quality Control Ensure accuracy of student applications, documentation, and visa files. Stay updated with immigration policies, university requirements, and visa regulations. Maintain ethical practices and uphold the companys reputation. & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Education & Qualifications Bachelors degree (preferred in Business Management, Marketing, Education, or related field). Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage. Experience 3–5 years of experience in study abroad, overseas education, immigration consultancy, or related service industry. Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role , handling a team. Proven track record in meeting sales, admissions, or branch targets . Exposure to student counselling, visa processes, and international admissions will be highly preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills.
