The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as interacting with customers, understanding their needs, providing product information, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a well-organized store environment, tracking inventory, and assisting in sales forecasting and planning. The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with a team to achieve sales targets. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Basic knowledge of inventory management Sales forecasting and planning skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in retail or sales is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
