Skills and Qualifications 2-6 years of experience in steel fixing or related construction roles. Strong knowledge of construction methods and techniques related to steel reinforcement. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry. Good physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and work in various weather conditions. Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
