You will be responsible for SDLAN L2 Network Administration, with a specific focus on Cisco SDLAN Experience. Your role will involve working on SDLAN site migrations, SDLAN operations DNAC upgrades, and ensuring smooth operations of Routing, Switching, and Wireless technologies. In addition, you will be working with DNA, ISE, Firewall (Cisco FMC), Stealth Watch, UCS, F5 Load Balancer, WLC, AP's, and Cisco Switches to drive superior competitive differentiation, customer experiences, and business outcomes. To excel in this role, you must possess strong knowledge in Release Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Issue Avoidance, and Service Improvements. Additionally, you should have expertise in Routing and Switching, Wireless, SDLAN, and DNAC. Your responsibilities will include resolving MI/P1/P2 Incident tickets individually, leveraging your Cisco certifications such as CCNP/CCNA/Cisco ISE/CCNP Wireless, and demonstrating good troubleshooting skills at L2 and L3 levels. This position requires working in 24/7 shifts, making it essential for you to have excellent written and communication skills. With an experience range of 10 to 15 years, the mode of hire for this role is Contract to hire, with a notice period from Immediate to 15 Days. The location for this position is in Bangalore.,
