About the Role We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to support our growth initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership on client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic deal-making. Key Responsibilities • Identify and generate leads through research, outreach and networking. • Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations. • Coordinate with internal teams to design tailored solutions for clients. • Attend and document key points from client meetings. • Maintain CRM systems and manage the business pipeline. Skills & Qualifications • Bachelors degree in business, Finance, or related fields. • Semi Qualified CA or CMA or CPA or CS (Dropped) would be an apt fit. • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Analytical mindset and ability to work under deadlines. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
