Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office while contributing to customer satisfaction and team efficiency. Key Responsibilities Handle office administration, documentation, and record-keeping. Support real estate broking and property management operations with scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination. Manage communication with clients, tenants, and vendors in a professional manner. Draft and process agreements, invoices, and reports. Oversee property-related service requests and coordinate with maintenance vendors. Maintain databases, digital files, and CRM entries. Assist in marketing and listing activities for rental and sales properties. Ensure smooth internal team coordination in a small, dynamic environment. Handle multitasking and work effectively under pressure. Requirements Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration preferred). Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Knowledge of additional Indian languages (multilingual skills) will be a strong advantage. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administration or real estate operations preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a small team setup. Resilience to handle pressure and deadlines.
