As a Senior Engineer - Electrical Maintenance, your role is crucial in ensuring the peak performance, reliability, and safety of all electrical systems within the plant. Your responsibilities include planning, executing, and supervising all electrical maintenance activities, monitoring LLF implementation, collaborating with OEMs and vendors, managing spare parts procurement, and implementing Integrated Management Systems (IMS). You will also use the Meridian module to monitor critical electrical assets and generate reports to support data-driven decisions. Your performance will be measured against targets such as 100% AMC and OEM contract mobilization, closure of all SAP PM jobs and RCA recommendations, consistent execution of MOC and RCAs, and compliance with power system reliability targets and statutory regulations. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, hold a valid 33KV Electrical Supervisor Competency Certificate, and have at least 6-10 years of experience in electrical maintenance. You should also possess working knowledge of the SAP PM module, electrical codes and statutory standards, emergency preparedness, and HSE compliance.
