Job Title: HR Manager Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad Salary: 50,000 - 70,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 10 years in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Statutory Compliance About the Role: We're seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, statutory compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will lead key HR functions, including performance management, learning & development, policy implementation, and team building. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Design competitive compensation and benefits packages Lead and support recruitment teams with data-driven strategies Source qualified candidates through job portals and coordinate interviews Track recruitment metrics and analyze effectiveness Onboarding & HR Operations: Conduct pre-joining formalities and implement onboarding programs Coordinate with internal teams for joining preparations Ensure smooth employee integration and support Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate employee registration under PF, ESI, PT, etc. Maintain statutory registers and compliance documentation Coordinate with auditors and legal consultants Communication & Interpersonal: Handle job offers and client communications Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu HR Development & Strategy: Develop and implement fair HR policies Execute performance review procedures Plan employee training & development programs Manage employee grievances and optimize HR resources Requirements & Skills: MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field 10+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations Hands-on experience with HRIS and ATS tools Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance Demonstrated leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities KPIs: Time-to-hire & Time-to-fill Offer-to-join conversion rate Statutory filing accuracy Onboarding & training effectiveness Retention & turnover trends Compliance audit scores Perks & Benefits: PF & ESI included Health insurance and leave benefits Career growth and leadership development opportunities Exposure to multi-location HR operations Employee-first work environment Contact Information: Durga Birla and Team 9000155667 / 9355935583 / 9989075724 Email: hr.radresource@gmail.com
