You will be responsible for handling the Company Secretary functions of various types of companies, including Pvt Limited, Public, and others. This includes the timely submission of information to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and other regulatory agencies as required. Your role will involve managing compliances under Company Law, FEMA, and other relevant laws applicable to the company. This includes preparing notices, agendas, minutes, and other necessary documentation for board meetings and general meetings. You will be required to maintain statutory registers and records accurately. Additionally, you will need to file various statutory forms and returns as per the regulatory requirements.
