Departmental budget management. Development of departmental policies and procedures. Continual improvement within the function. Organisational Responsibilities: Cross-functional collaboration, including change management, issue resolution, exception handling, and activities with dependencies. Member of cross-functional project teams. Role-Specific Skillsets: Vital Skills: Knowledge and application of accounting standards. Knowledge and application of tax and corporate laws. Cost centre accounting and reporting. Consolidation of financial statements. Exposure to an ERP environment. Managed a team of at least six people. Interpersonal skills. Essential Skills: Liaising with external stakeholders, including auditors, vendors, customers, bankers, and statutory authorities. Design and implement accounting processes. Spoken and written English skills. Desirable Skills: Accounting and compliances for overseas subsidiaries.

Role & responsibilities 1. Taking care of Secretarial Compliances of BFIH and other Group companies 2. Ensuring timely filing of statutory returns with the Registrar of Companies and other statutory authorities, as may be applicable 3. Organising, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs) 4. Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries 5. Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking 6. appropriate action 7. Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors, depositories, ROC, RD 8. Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements 9. Assisting in filing of required e-forms of Group companies 10. Drafting of Inter-Corporate Agreement in consonance with the Transfer pricing regulations 11. Advising the Board/Management with respect to FEMA guidelines and the amendments thereof 12. Preparing and Filing of general ROC E-forms 13. Filing of application with RBI and drafting of reply to RBI along with preparation and filing of Form FCGPR/FCTRS/Annual return on foreign Liabilities and assets 14. Drafting Notice of AGM/EGM and Directors Report 15. Alteration of MOA & AOA 16. Assisting in M&A activities 17. To perform such other duties as may be entrusted from time to time
