Statutory Audit/ Direct Tax

Position: Statutory Audit & Direct Tax – Multiple Levels

Immediate joiners preferred

· Assistant Manager only for CA

· Sr.Executive – Semi Qualified

· Executive – Bcom / Mcom Graduates

Location: Mumbai (Dahisar)

Eligibility Criteria

· Qualified Chartered Accountants or Semi-qualified CAs with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

· B.Com / M.Com Graduates with 3 to 4 years of experience in Direct Taxation

Key Responsibilities for Direct Tax

· Prepare and file Income Tax Returns for corporate and non-corporate clients

· Draft submissions for assessments and appeals

· Ensure compliance with applicable Direct Tax regulations

· Liaise with Tax Authorities on behalf of clients

· Assist in conducting and reviewing Tax Audits

Key Responsibilities for Statutory Audit

· Conduct statutory audits of corporate entities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

· Prepare and review financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS)

· Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements where necessary

· Perform audit procedures, including testing, documentation, and reporting of key audit findings

· Stay updated with the latest changes in accounting standards and regulatory frameworks

· Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other statutory requirements

Salary

Compensation will be based on work exposure and in line with industry standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
