This is a work-from-office role based in Chennai . Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete IT recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and HR databases. Support HR operations including employee engagement, documentation, and policy implementation. Assist in performance management, HR audits, and compliance-related tasks. Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment and HR operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/applicant tracking systems. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Location: Chennai - Work from Office (WFO) Preference will be given to male candidates to support gender diversity in the HR team.
