Support HR operations including employee engagement, documentation, and policy implementation. Assist in performance management, HR audits, and compliance-related tasks. Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment and HR operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/applicant tracking systems. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Location: Chennai - Work from Office (WFO) Preference will be given to male candidates to support gender diversity in the HR team.
