Perform reconciliation analyses in case of overrun 8. Management project cost reporting Claim Management 1. Coordinate and handle any claim received by client 2. Coordinate and submit claim to subcontractors and vendors Human Resources Management 1. Acquire Project Resource & Manage Allocation PE, E& I team and Procurement Executive, Site team members, etc., 2. Effective collaboration with internal DB stake holders for Process Engg, Detailed Engg, Procurement, Logistics and CS 3. Manage Project Team Contract management and legal obligation 1. Develop & review Project Proposal Document 2. Manage & track technical changes Project Plan & Administration 1. Develop & Update Project Management Plan 2.
