Business Analyst / Data Developer What you will do  Work across functions (Marketing, Operations, Production, Finance) to deliver insights that directly impact growth and cost optimization  Develop self-serve, automated analysis by building and maintaining internal tools, dashboards, and APIs used by business teams daily  Work extensively with BigQuery, Flask APIs, Python, and React JS to turn analysis into scalable products  Rapidly prototype and iterate with AI-assisted development to accelerate tool-building and analysis delivery  Build, validate, and maintain forecasting models (including statistical and algorithmic approaches) to improve sales and inventory planning  Identify opportunities for process automation and integrate solutions into our internal systems Who you are  You love working with numbers, but you also enjoy turning analysis into usable products for others  Strong in SQL and comfortable working with large datasets in data warehouses  Experienced in Python for data analysis, automation, or backend development  Exposure to or interest in React/front-end development to make insights accessible in self-serve ways  You’re curious about AI-assisted development and how to use it to speed up workflows  Any knowledge of statistics or forecasting methods is a plus Why you should join  Be part of a data-first organization where analysis directly drives decision-making  Get hands-on with a modern tech stack: BigQuery, Flask, Python, React, AI-driven development tools  Build products that directly influence how teams make decisions across the business  Gain exposure to end-to-end development—from data modeling to API design to front- end tools Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): What is your current notice period with your employer Experience: Business analysis: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
