Demonstrates strong programming and domain expertise (SAS and/or R).
CDISC expert (ADAM, TFLs, etc )
Ability to execute a wide range of programming activities with minimal supervision.
Identifies gaps in current programming best practices and may offer suggestions
Ensures adherence to standards and has an awareness of evolving industry standards
Develop understanding of all applicable policies and procedures of the client
