Hep in showcasing the abiity of Gen AI code assistant to refactor/rewrite and document code from one anguage to another, particuary COBOL to JAVA through rapid prototypes/ PoC Documentation and Knowedge SharingDocument soution architectures, design decisions, impementation detais, and essons earned. Create technica documentation, white papers, and best practice guides. Contribute to interna knowedge sharing initiatives and mentor new team members. Industry Trends and InnovationStay up to date with the atest trends and advancements in AI, foundation modes, and arge anguage modes.
