Job Description

We are hiring Area sales executive / officer for a leading Stationery Products Industry.

Salary: up to 12 LPA including variable.

Preferred::

Should be ok to relocate in between districts.

Min 3years exp in Stationery Products.

Qualification :Graduate or MBA

Max Age: 32 yrs

JOB CHARACTERISTICS :

  • HANDLING COMPANY DISTRIBUTORS IN ASSIGNED MARKET WITHIN BRANCH GEOGRAPHY.

  • IN CHARGE OF STATIONARY PRODUCTS/ Modern Trade

  • COMPULSORY MARKET TOURING.

  • PREPARES REPORTS AND PLANS AT BRANCH DURING FIRST WEEK OF EVERY MONTH

  • REPORTS TO AREA MANAGER

  • NO INCENTIVES BUT VARIABLE PAY AT THE END OF EVERY QUARTER BASED ON PERFORMANCE

  • RECEIVES TRAVEL ALLOWANCE FOR EVERY DAY ON TOUR

  • UNDER PROBATION FOR ONE WHOLE YEAR

  • ADEQUATE TRAINING PROVIDED
