Education Background

Graduate / Post Graduate

Work Experience

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the financial services preferably in the MF

industry

CTC - Up to 6LPA

Location-Surat(Gujarat)

Competencies Required

Role Purpose

• Responsible to provide best services to Customers/Distributors

• Cross Selling

• Maximize sales and achieve the given targets through mapped distributors and

walkin customers

• To perform operational activities in accordance with the organization guidelines 

Key Accountabilities

• Provide best in class Customer Service and ensure customer delight

• Strong hold on PMS operations & compliance, including onboarding(physical and

digital), escalation management, etc.

INTERNAL:

• To accept applications and ensure that the same are in alignment with

compliance guidelines and time stamp as per agreed guidelines                  

• Service Queries to be resolved within TAT, critical query management &

managing escalations as per the investor need

• To ensure reconciliation of records and update HO on queries within 24 hours

• Transactions are processed with zero error

• Interacting with CAMS on daily basis for issue resolution

• Responsible for Cross selling of the products and retention of the customers

• Manage irate customers 

• Taking care of Administration activities

• Should be completely updated on the various products and market scenario
