We are looking for an experienced Admin Executive / Sr. Executive to manage the day-to-day administrative operations at a manufacturing facility in Gauribidanur. The candidate should have solid experience in facility management, vendor coordination, transport, and plant administration . Key Responsibilities Manage canteen operations hygiene, vendor management, employee satisfaction. Oversee employee transportation route planning, vehicle upkeep, vendor coordination. Supervise housekeeping & facility cleanliness . Handle vendor management selection, contracts, service quality. Manage security operations gate control, security staff, compliance. Maintain company vehicles & drivers . Handle stationery & office supply procurement . Oversee company guest house bookings, upkeep, hospitality. Ensure FRRO compliance for foreign employees. Support other general admin activities – events, facility upkeep, compliance. Skills & Competencies 4–8 years of Admin experience in Manufacturing/Plant environment Strong communication & team handling skills Good in MS Office / ERP systems Knowledge of Kannada (mandatory), with English; Telugu/Tamil an advantage Ability to manage vendors & local authorities effectively
