Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and taking action to de-risk the intellectual property rights of TVS-M designs and products, performing advanced patent and competitor portfolio analyses, and working closely with IP attorneys to provide timely legal opinion reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting BOM freedom to operate reviews, implementing best practices, standardizing processes, enhancing productivity through digitalization, and releasing periodic IP alerts. To excel in this role, you should possess strong product and engineering knowledge, proficiency in information search analytics and analytical tools, problem-solving skills, and an understanding of IP legal concepts.
