Team Management: Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Skills and Qualifications : 1. Accounting expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures. 2. Financial analysis skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to management. 3. Leadership skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. 4. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders. 5.
