State Head-EIL

Key Responsibilities

• Drive state-level business growth for School Funding / Education Institution Lending (EIL).
• Develop business strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual disbursement targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers, including schools, educational institutions, and school promoters.
• Build and maintain relationships with school owners, trustees, principals, and education-sector stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Area Managers, Cluster Managers, and Relationship Managers.
• Develop sourcing channels through direct sales, DSA networks, connectors, and other business partners.
• Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Monitor the complete loan lifecycle, including sourcing, login, sanction, disbursement, and portfolio quality.
• Ensure compliance with internal lending policies, documentation requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities to expand the school's lending portfolio.
