Location: Kolkata

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: . Will be responsible for managing broking partners mapped in the state(s).

. Create and maintain engagement with state heads and other key broking offices / Management

Team members

. Lead a team of state heads and monitor their input/output activity and ensure lead generation

through various sources

. Increasing insurance awareness and product penetration among mapped sub-brokers/RM.

. Increasing insurance penetration among broking staff members.

. Suggest sizzlers and R&R platforms for broking employees who provide prospect leads as well as

for AXIS MAX LIFE's dedicated sales team

. Suggest product synergies and capture partner's various customer touch-points for insurance

sales opportunities

. Provide accurate and timely competitor updates/best practices.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

. Graduate / Post Graduate in Sales / Marketing

. 15 + years of overall exp. in sales with a minimum of 8-10 years combined work experience in the

fields of Life insurance sales management, Broking / Banca Sales Channel Management and/or

DSA relationships.
