About Starways AI Starways AI is an AI Automation Agency that helps businesses build and deploy custom AI Assistants on their websites. From real-estate developers to D2C brands, our assistants automate customer support, lead generation, and engagement. We’re now looking for a Sales Specialist to join our core team and establish new channels of growth through proactive outreach and strategic partnerships. Responsibilities • Identify high-potential industries and businesses that can benefit from AI automation. • Develop and implement outreach strategies via LinkedIn, cold email, and other channels. • Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and understand client requirements. • Work closely with the founder and tech team to create proposals and close deals. • Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics. Preferred Qualifications • 1–4 years of experience in sales or business development , ideally in SaaS , tech , or digital services . • Experience in B2B outreach , account management , or client servicing . • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Self-driven, organized, and excited to grow in a fast-evolving AI startup environment.
