Position Overview As a Marketing Intern, you will be working directly with the CEO. In this role, you’ll support marketing initiatives aimed at building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and nurturing prospective clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level candidate who is passionate about data, analytics, and AI, and eager to learn both marketing and pre-sales fundamentals in a fast-paced technology environment. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities Content Creation & Collateral Development Draft blog posts, social media updates, case studies, and white papers focused on data analytics, AI use cases, and technology outsourcing trends. Collaborate with subject-matter experts (SMEs) and the design team to develop infographics, slide decks, and one-pagers that illustrate our capabilities. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution Assist in planning and executing email campaigns (e.g., newsletters, drip campaigns) to nurture leads through the marketing funnel. Support social media management (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and tracking performance metrics. Conduct basic keyword research and help optimize website landing pages for SEO to improve organic visibility in “data analytics,” “AI consulting,” and “technology outsourcing” searches. Lead Generation & Qualification Research target accounts within priority verticals (e.g., BFSI, retail, manufacturing), compile contact lists, and utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Crunchbase for prospecting. Monitor inbound inquiries, perform initial qualification (e.g., basic company background, technology stack), and hand off Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to the Pre-Sales/Sales teams. Market Research & Competitive Analysis Gather data on market trends, competitor offerings, pricing models, and emerging AI technologies. Summarize insights in concise reports or spreadsheets to inform marketing strategies and positioning. Event Coordination & Collateral Support Assist in organizing webinars, virtual roundtables, and local meetups—logging registrations, managing invites, and tracking follow-ups. Prepare exhibitor materials (banners, brochures, giveaways) for conferences and trade shows focused on data analytics and AI. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates (0–1 year of experience) are encouraged to apply. Technical Aptitude: Strong interest in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, and AI. Familiarity with marketing technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is advantageous but not mandatory. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to craft concise, persuasive messages. Comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and potential clients. Strong listening skills—able to ask clarifying questions and distill technical concepts into business benefits.
