The position of Equity Analyst at ACG Corporate within the Corporate Finance department is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Assistant Manager / Manager. As an Equity Analyst, you will report to the Global Head Treasury and be based in Jogeshwari West, Mumbai. Your primary objective in this role is to effectively manage ACG group's surplus cash balance by deploying the funds in an efficient manner. ACG Treasury is responsible for managing the funds and achieving targeted returns on investments through informed decision-making on investments. Your responsibilities will include delving deep into company and sector dynamics, creating detailed financial models, and closely monitoring the list of assigned companies. You will analyze financial statements, develop investment theses, and conduct market and portfolio analysis to support equity investment decisions. Additionally, you will provide continuous coverage on allocated industry sectors and individual stocks, monitor earning results, analyze corporate actions, and assess macro events and their impact on stock movements. You will collaborate with investment Backoffice teams to ensure timely trade processing, study and analyze market conditions, and conduct detailed research on financial, social, and economic data. Portfolio maintenance, documentation upkeep, evaluation of startup companies, and staying informed on industry developments and regulatory changes are also crucial aspects of this role. Key internal interfaces for this position include the Front office of the Treasury Team, Group Treasury Head, and Finance Team across the Group. External interfaces will involve interactions with Wealth Advisors, Mutual Funds, Auditors, and Consultants. To be considered for this role, you should hold a CA qualification or a full-time MBA in Finance with a minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills are essential for effective coordination with both external and internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.,
