At HBR, we dont just build careerswe build futures . Roles and Responsibilities: Understanding Job Requirements Learn and understand different job roles, responsibilities, and client needs. Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand recruitment strategies. Candidate Sourcing & Screening Use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases to find suitable candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills and suitability. Coordination & Follow-ups Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain regular communication with candidates, updating them on their application status. Building Relationships & Networking Engage with potential candidates to build a talent pipeline for future job openings. Develop strong relationships with candidates to gain referrals. Training & Learning Get trained on recruitment processes, interview techniques, and industry trends . Learn how to use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other hiring tools . Key Skills & Requirements: Fresh Graduates (B.tech BE MCA BCA not eligible) Strong Communication Skills (English & Hindi preferred). Good Interpersonal & Negotiation Skills to interact with candidates effectively. Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.). Self-Motivated, Target-Oriented, and Willing to Learn.
