🔍 Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end B2B client relationships in the cybersecurity domain - Lead client onboarding and ensure seamless implementation of solutions - Understand and communicate the value of various cybersecurity products (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, endpoint security, DDoS protection, etc.) - Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities - Collaborate with presales and technical teams for solution alignment - Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth ✅ Requirements: - 2–3 years of experience in B2B tech sales, preferably in Cybersecurity/IT - Strong understanding of cybersecurity products and services - Experience in client onboarding and relationship management - Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred)
Configure and manage WAF configuration for F5 (BigIp,LTM,GTM) & radware cloud WAf. Other OEM's will be an added advantage. Create, deploy, maintain and troubleshoot policies for new and existing web applications. Handle Onboard application on WAF. WAF policy development for protecting existing applications. Monitor uptime and respond to alerts, through troubleshooting. Responsible for documenting system configuration, installation, incident reports and resolution. Create, deploy, maintain and troubleshoot policies for new and existing web applications. Monitor and analyses activity logs to detect malicious internet traffic and indicators of compromise as well as to reduce false positive blocks. Review WAF usage and define means to improve and mature protection policies. Interpret web protocol information to determine source, intent, and risk of threat agents. Provide preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and quickly resolve problems to ensure infrastructure and application stability. Create and maintain technical documentation regarding the WAF instructure including network diagrams, policies and operational procedures for managing the infrastructure. Basic understanding of data flow technologies such as routing, natting, arps and associated command line tools such as tcpdump Awareness of mainstream operating systems and a wide range of security technologies including network firewall, IPS, and web proxy. WAF policy development for protecting existing applications. Reviewing and analysing security reports Reviewing security techniques and technologies regularly to remain aware of best practice.
