Coordinate across accounts, banks, brokers/DPs, investment managers, and vendors to deliver clean, on-time execution. Establish clear SOPs, service levels, and concise dashboards to support fast, accurate decision-making. Build and maintain a centralized, cloud-based document system for the family office with clear structure, access controls, and audit trail. Enable the team through training and practical documentation; raise capability and accountability across functions. Act as the Principal’s operations point person—set priorities, remove blockers, and provide crisp, periodic updates. Liaise with lawyers, tax advisors, and other professional partners to ensure accurate, timely filings and project completion. Uphold core controls (maker–checker, reconciliations, approvals) and escalate risks or exceptions promptly.
