Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing setup, preferably plastic or packaging industry, and must be capable of independently handling QC operations during shifts. Key Responsibilities Monitor and inspect in-process and finished products as per quality standards. Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards and protocols. Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure product quality. Manage shift-wise QC activities and lead a small QC team if required. Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing instruments. Requirements Diploma/ Engineering (Plastic/Polymer preferred). 2–3 years of hands-on QC experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with ISO/QA documentation and testing equipment. Ability to manage quality independently during shifts. Strong analytical, communication, and team coordination skills.
