As the overseer of PMO services, you will be responsible for governance, project delivery, RAID management, change control, resource planning, and financial management. Your role involves managing Steering Committees, preparing meeting minutes, and tracking key project activities. It will be your duty to drive the end-to-end phases of project delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. You will also be expected to implement Agile methodologies, including Dashboards, QBRs, sprint planning, and PI planning. Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and deliverables is crucial. You should be adept at handling scenario-based questions and providing solutions using the STAR model. Effective communication and articulation of complex information to stakeholders are essential. A strong knowledge of JIRA and Confluence for ticket creation, data extraction, and dashboard creation is required. Your understanding and implementation of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) will play a significant role in achieving business benefits. Delivering impactful presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders will also be part of your responsibilities. Previous experience in PMO roles, including project management office functions, is necessary. You should be able to step into project management roles independently when required. A deep understanding of Agile methodologies, tools like JIRA and Confluence, and proven stakeholder management skills are essential. Excellent communication, articulation, and presentation abilities are highly valued. Experience in governance, delivery, resource planning, and financial management is crucial. Previous experience with HSBC is preferred, and familiarity with OKRs and their application in project delivery is advantageous. Your proficiency in handling scenario-based questions using the STAR model will be beneficial in this role.,
