Job Title: Junior System Administrator – Active Directory Location: Mysore Experience: 1+ Year Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a Junior System Administrator with basic knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server environments. The role involves assisting in user account management, access permissions, troubleshooting, and supporting the IT team in day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing Active Directory users, groups, and organizational units (OUs). Support password resets, account creation, and access control. Help monitor and troubleshoot login, authentication, and group policy issues. Provide basic Windows Server administration support (2016/2019/2022). Assist in maintaining DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs). Support Office 365 / Azure AD administration under guidance. Document issues and solutions for knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 1 year of experience in IT support or system administration. Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP. Familiarity with user account management and troubleshooting. Strong willingness to learn and grow in Active Directory administration. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
