Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Patna. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing strategic plans, and negotiating deals. The role also involves market research and analysis, monitoring industry trends, and collaborating with the sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure business growth and objectives are met. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and business proposals Market research and analysis skills, with a focus on identifying growth opportunities Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
