Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer located in Goa, India. The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, conducting thorough inspections, performing quality audits, and managing quality assurance initiatives. Daily tasks include ensuring compliance with quality standards, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with construction teams to implement quality management practices. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Auditing Proficiency in conducting inspections and managing quality-related processes Skills in Quality Management to implement and monitor quality standards Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively with on-site teams Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience in the construction industry is a plus
