Dear Candidate, We are looking for an experienced professional in Staples Sourcing with strong vendor management in the FMCG B2B domain. Delhi and Gurgaon Location. Salary - Up to 50K Qualification- Graduate Experience- 4+ Years Key Responsibilities: End-to-end sourcing and procurement of staples such as Rice, Dal (Oil, Sugar as added advantage) . Develop and manage supplier databases and miller networks for staples across geographies. Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate pricing, quality, and payment terms . Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions if needed. Key Requirements: Minimum 4+ years of experience in Staples Sourcing, especially Rice & Dal. Strong supplier connect and working knowledge of miller networks. Proven B2B procurement experience in the FMCG industry. Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
