Department - Logistics Gender—Preferred Male Qualification—BE/Diploma Position- Associate/Executive/Supervisor Experience—2 to 3 Years Job Responsibilities Overseeing the entire import/export cycle, including documentation, logistics, and compliance with international trade regulations. Ensuring adherence to all relevant customs regulations, trade laws, and international trade agreements. Preparing, reviewing, and managing all necessary import/export documentation, such as bills of lading, packing lists, and certificates of origin. Coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient movement of goods. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory authorities. Proven experience in import/export operations, including a strong understanding of international trade regulations and procedures. In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, trade laws, and international trade agreements. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Working experience with IKEA or IKEA suppliers.
