Collaborating with the technical team, you will oversee the editing of product certificates, and will be expected to specialize in a particular area of product technical regulation. Additionally, you will manage orders and operational records, while providing general customer service by addressing technical inquiries. To excel in this role, you must possess a B-Tech degree in any field of specialization and demonstrate a solid understanding of regulations and standards. Strong writing, presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for success in this position. You should be adept at assessing workload and resources effectively, with a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal, is required for this role.
