Measure dimensions of components and tools using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and Vision Measurement System (VMS) to ensure they meet specifications. Conduct visual inspections for surface defects, wear, and other imperfections. Maintain accurate records of inspections, including detailed reports of findings and measurements. Ensure all products comply with relevant industry standards (e.g., AMS/ASTM/IS, etc.), customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
