You will be joining Oceaneering's Maintenance and Reliability Solutions (MRS) team as a Maintenance and Reliability Engineer. In this role, you will be involved in developing, enhancing, and reviewing maintenance strategies, concepts, and programs across various industrial sectors, including Oil & Gas. Your responsibilities will also include supporting the implementation and upgrades of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Your tasks will involve developing asset technical hierarchies, evaluating and optimizing preventive maintenance programs, and contributing to assignments related to Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) modeling. Additionally, you will assist in assessing material, resource, and spare parts requirements at the plant or facility level and processing maintenance data into CMMS systems. As a Maintenance and Reliability Engineer, you will ensure timely and quality delivery of assignments within defined schedule and cost constraints. You will apply relevant industry codes and standards to all your tasks and adhere to organizational policies and functional team procedures. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a mechanical engineering discipline and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, or Refinery fields.
