As a member of ACG Pharma Technologies Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will involve strategically leading a product portfolio to ensure organizational on-time performance targets are met through the development and execution of design plans for customer orders. Your core duties will include creating and overseeing the order execution plan for design releases, conducting regular reviews of the plan's status with the team, participating in technical meetings with other departments, integrating production and service feedback into designs, offering innovative solutions for customized requirements, ensuring the safety of designs, engaging with sales and customers to comprehend and address their needs, focusing on standardization, reducing non-moving inventory, and enhancing gross margin through various projects. Internally, you will be responsible for implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), managing Bill of Materials (BOM), handling Engineering Change Notes (ECN), processing Design Change Requests (DCR), and conducting Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA). Your key result areas will revolve around creating and executing design plans for orders in a timely manner, ensuring the right first-time quality for a product portfolio to elevate internal and external customer satisfaction levels. Additionally, you will be involved in various initiatives aimed at enhancing product performance, decreasing customer complaints, and leading cost reduction projects. Effective communication and collaboration with key interfaces such as on-time releases and achieving right first-time quality will be critical for success in this role.
