The Accounts Manager will oversee the financial operations of the company, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and provide strategic insights for decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting practices, experience in manufacturing setups, and proficiency in financial reporting and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and cash flow. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports. Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements. Handle internal audits, statutory audits, and coordinate with external auditors. Budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis.
