Your responsibilities will include: - Providing feedback and presenting ideas for process and tool improvements within Commercial Banking Portfolio Management - Reviewing credit information of loans for companies and industries - Responding to customer inquiries, generating status reports, and contacting available sources of information - Independently prioritizing work and providing day-to-day leadership and mentorship to the team - Leading or contributing to the implementation of new processes and procedures - Offering guidance and subject matter expertise to the immediate team and Commercial Banking Portfolio Management Qualifications required for this role include: - 3+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education Desired qualifications encompass: - Being a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (mandatory) - Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, industry analysis, and internal/external risk factors - Experience in assessing creditworthiness based on qualitative and quantitative factors - Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements - Sound knowledge of ratio analysis, cash flow, and trend analysis - Familiarity with Moody's Risk Analytics (MRA) and GAAP Accounting/International Financial Reporting Standards - Ability to read and analyze financial statements - Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills - Flexibility to work in different shifts and multitask effectively - Stakeholder/client management skills As part of your job expectations, you will be responsible for end-to-end tasks such as financial spreading in the MRA tool, analyzing financial statements, preparing projected financial statements, and making pro forma adjustments.
